How to Add an Announcement

If you have an announcment that you would like shared with the entire school, send an email to Mr. Riviere at jriviere@scusd.net making the request. Make sure your announcement is ready to be copied and pasted into a web page (no spelling errors, etc.). If you are including a photo to accompany the announcement, please make sure it follows the photo guidelines.

All content should be in digital format. In other words, it can be text inside an email, a jpeg picture attached to the email, or a Word or PDF file attached to the email.

If you like something added to the school calendar, send an email to Arlene Enriquez at aenriquez@scusd.net or to Mr. Riviere at jriviere@scusd.net. Be sure to include the following:

  • The exact date where you would like your event to appear.
  • A very short title for the event that can be read at a glance. The calendar will show a limited number of words.
  • Optional: A longer description of the event. The calendar allows viewers to click to see the longer description.

If you have more than one item to add to the calendar, ask Mr. Riviere about gaining direct access to add content to the calendar. This is a appropriate for staff members and certain others.
