About Mrs.Escobar

Peggy Woznick grew up in Washburn, North Dakota. Her father and paternal grandparents spoke Ukrainian. Her mother and maternal grandparents spoke Norwegian.

Peggy and her five siblings moved with her parents to Lodi, California in 1968 in order for all the children to attend college. In 1973, Peggy and her two brothers graduated from Stanislaus State.In 1975 Peggy married Rick Escobar and they farmed in Gustine, California. They are the parents of two sons and one daughter.

Later they moved to Logan, Utah where Mrs. Escobar ran the Title I Program at Sunrise Elementary School. Mrs. Escobar’s Title I program received the United States National Honors Award. Mrs. Escobar loves to laugh with family and friends and have fun “mini-adventures”. She loves to teach students who enjoy learning like she does.
